Corporate PR (Sales Points, Highlighted Technologies, etc.) Since our establishment in September 1950, we have been engaged in electrical construction primarily focused on external line work for 70 years, responding to the trust of Tohoku Electric Power, local communities, and other stakeholders. We have played a crucial role in the electric power distribution business, which is essential for the regional economy and social activities. Moving forward, we aim to contribute to the realization of a sustainable community through the creation of a safe, secure, and comfortable society, and to become a company that earns increasing trust from our customers and local residents. In August 2021, we absorbed and merged with Sanwa Urban Development Research Institute, which had previously been a subsidiary, and the Construction and Real Estate Division took over all operations. With the desire to promote and revitalize the region, we are also engaged in new town development through comprehensive business activities centered on the electric power business. Our operations include urban planning and regional redevelopment, as well as civil engineering and architectural design, with a particular focus on structural calculations and design of buildings, utilizing BIM systems for analysis related to equipment.
